Eaton Occupational Health adopts a business model that delivers performance and attendance management referrals remotely using a telephone assessment with a suitably qualified practitioner. Research shows that telephone consultations are as effective as a face-to-face consultation and therefore face to face requests may be undertaken in exceptional circumstances only.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule please contact us if your appointment is within 48 hrs. Otherwise you will be invoiced in full if cancellation is made within 48 hrs of appointment, or on a Friday for a Monday appointment.
